01 · 感測與自動靜音
螢幕角度只在 Mac 本機處理，用來觸發音效，不會上傳。為了在通話中安靜，App 只檢查麥克風或相機是否正被其他 App 使用，不擷取、不錄製音訊或影像，也不要求錄音或錄影權限。經你允許後，App 可讀取專注模式是否開啟，用於自動靜音。
02 · 設定與你匯入的音效
設定、匯入音檔與本機診斷紀錄保存在 Mac 的 App 容器內，不會自動傳給開發者。你可以在 App 內管理音效；若要移除本機資料，請先結束 App，再刪除 App 與其資料容器 ~/Library/Containers/dev.spank.app/。自行匯出的音效包或備份需另外移除。
03 · 網路與第三方
Creaky 本身不發出網路請求，沒有追蹤或廣告 SDK，也不出售或分享 App 使用資料。透過 Mac App Store 下載、付款或更新時，Apple 依其隱私權政策處理相關資料。
04 · 這個網站
本網站不設分析工具、追蹤 Cookie 或廣告，也沒有表單。本網站由 GitHub Pages 託管；GitHub 會為安全目的記錄訪客的 IP 位址，詳見 GitHub 隱私權聲明。這與 Creaky App 的離線運作不同。
05 · 主動聯絡與政策更新

Creaky does not collect or transmit personal data. This policy covers the Mac App Store edition and this product website. The app has no accounts, ads, or usage analytics.
On-device sensing
Lid angle readings are processed locally to trigger sounds and are not uploaded. To stay quiet during calls, the app only checks whether another app is using the microphone or camera. It never captures or records audio or video and does not request recording permissions. With your permission, it reads whether Focus is on to mute sounds.
Local files and deletion
Settings, imported sounds, and local diagnostic logs stay in the app container on your Mac and are not automatically sent to the developer. Manage sounds in the app. To remove local app data, quit the app and delete it and its container at ~/Library/Containers/dev.spank.app/. Remove any separately exported packs or backups yourself.
Network and third parties
Creaky itself makes no network requests and includes no tracking or advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share app usage data. Apple handles App Store downloads, payments, and updates under its Privacy Policy.
This website
This site has no analytics, tracking cookies, ads, or forms. It is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes under the GitHub Privacy Statement. This is separate from the offline app.

If you contact us, we use information you voluntarily provide to resolve your request. GitHub Issues is public; do not post private information. Use the support link below for privacy questions or deletion requests. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
